Tummies Hips and Thighs is a conditioning class, which concentrates on toning and firming your lower body and strengthening your core through a variety
of compound exercises. THT incorporates free weights, barbell and body weight exercises that will make you feel alive!
An invigorating and challenging class focused on interval style training. Circuit will incorporate a full-body workout targeting the major muscle groups through
a variety of resistance, cardio and core exercises
Barre is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. It incorporates classic dance moves such as plies,
alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Pilates classes are focused on the conditioning of the entire body, incorporating stretching and stability exercises.
