Our 60 minute adult gymnastics class is for ages 16+ and caters for all abilities. Whether you have a background in gymnastics or this is your first time, you’ll leave the class feeling a true sense of accomplishment. We’ll run you through a gymnastics style circuit, covering all apparatuses of gymnastics and allow you time to work on a skill or personal goal. You’ll improve your balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and overall fitness in a fun new environment which will help you to stay on track with your health & wellness journey!
Barre is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. It incorporates classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
BodyBalance is a yoga based class that will improve your mind and your body. Simple Yoga moves embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and a sense of accomplishment which will improve your overall happiness and wellbeing.
BodyPump is an intense, low impact weights based, resistance training class designed to give your body a complete workout. Pump will build strength, tone your body and push you to the limit every time!
Boxing/Teen Boxing A boxing class that focuses on boxing technique. Suitable for anyone that wants to improve muscular endurance, speed, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness and coordination. We recommend participants to bring their own gloves or hand wraps / inner gloves.
An invigorating and challenging class focused on interval style training. Circuit will incorporate a full-body workout targeting the major muscle groups through a variety of resistance, cardio and core exercises
Cardio Tennis is a fitness program focused on increasing the awareness and understanding of participants health and physical activity in a modified environment. This fun, flexible and high-energy workout is delivered to music and incorporates basic tennis skills along the way.
Pilates classes are focused on the conditioning of the entire body, incorporating stretching and stability exercises. Pilates will improve your balance, flexibility, posture and help strengthen and flatten your core muscles.
Discover your athlete within, with this high intensity, indoor cycling program. This interval training class will get your pulse racing as the instructor leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks and speed
Tummies Hips and Thighs is a conditioning class, which concentrates on toning and firming your lower body and strengthening your core through a variety of compound exercises. THT incorporates free weights, barbell and body weight exercises that will make you feel alive!
A Les Mills Tone workout includes a mix of exercises to work the whole body and elevate the heart rate. The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength. You will leave feeling empowered and on track for all-around functional fitness.
Yoga is a combination of flowing poses and sequences. It combines strength training and flexibility to achieve fitness and relaxation.
This worldwide craze of Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind dance fitness program.
