Reformer Pilates includes a combination of strengthening and lengthening exercises for a full-body workout on the Reformer machines.This 45-minute whole-body workout uses a Pilates Reformer and other tools to strengthen, tone and stretch. It targets posture, core stability, strength and flexibility. Instructors can adjust the challenge to ensure you get the most from your workout. For first-timers or experienced regulars, everyone is welcome!
