THT
Tummies Hips and Thighs is a conditioning class, which concentrates on toning and firming your lower body and strengthening your core through a variety
of compound exercises. THT incorporates free weights, barbell and body weight exercises that will make you feel alive!

Barre is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. It incorporates classic dance moves such as plies,
alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Pilates
Pilates classes are focused on the conditioning of the entire body, incorporating stretching and stability exercises.
Pilates will improve your balance, flexibility, posture and help strengthen and flatten your core muscles.

Yoga is a combination of flowing poses and sequences. It combines strength training anf flexibility to achieve fitness and relaxation.
BodyBalance BodyBalance is a yoga based class that will improve your mind and your body. Simple Yoga moves embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and a sense of accomplishment which will improve your overall happiness and wellbeing.

Suitable for anyone that wants to improve muscular endurance, speed, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness and coordination. We recommend participants to bring their own gloves or hand wraps / inner gloves.

Being fit and healthy should be fun, easy and accessible to all. We have dedicated memberships for older adults, teens and discounts for concession card holders. With 24/7 Health Club access we’re ready to go whenever you are!

  • Assessments can be booked between 9.00am-12.00pm and 4.30-7.30pm weekdays
  • Minimum 3, 6 or 12 month contracts
  • Soft or Hard Fix membership options available
