Bookings are required for Reformer Pilates classes only. Due to the number of Pilates Reformer Machines available we recommend booking prior to coming to a class to avoid disappointment.

Reformer Pilates includes a combination of strengthening and lengthening exercises for a full body workout on the Reformer machines.
This 45-minute whole body workout using a Pilates Reformer and other tools to strengthen, tone and stretch targeting posture, core stability, strength and flexibility. Instructors can make modifications throughout the class to decrease or increase the challenge to ensure you are getting the most from your work out. For the first timers or the experienced regulars, everyone is welcome!
Yin Yoga- is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga. Yin postures are more passive postures, mainly done on the floor either seated or lying down.
Hatha Yoga- With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Building core strength, which is key to good posture, is another important aspect of this type of yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga- incorporates a variety of poses that engage and strengthen your core muscles. Moving through a complicated sequence of side bends, backbends, and twists uses your own body weight to build core strength and will improve stability, power and balance.
Boxing A boxing class that focuses on boxing technique. Suitable for anyone that wants to improve muscular endurance, speed, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness and coordination. We recommend participants to bring their own gloves or hand wraps / inner gloves.
High Intensity Interval Training is a 45-minute program designed for everyone to help you reach your fitness goals faster in a fun and challenging team environment. This type of training session involves functional movement patterns, improving these will help you to move better and feel better in everyday life. You will gain strength and improve your cardiovascular output and most importantly you will leave these sessions feel accomplished and empowered!

Strength circuit is a class designed for all fitness levels and abilities.
