Our swimming programs
Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of each age group so that every swimmer will progress in a safe and structured environment.
Toddlers (12 months – 4 years)
Our toddler classes focus on building comfort and confidence in the water through fun, gentle activities. Parents or caregivers should get involved with each lesson to create a supportive environment where children can explore the water at their own pace.
Preschoolers (3 – 6 years)
We encourage independent learning for preschoolers as they develop basic swimming skills. Our instructors introduce them to water safety techniques and swimming fundamentals in a fun,
engaging way, helping your child become more confident in the water.
School-Aged Children (5 years and up)
This program is designed to refine stroke techniques and teach advanced swimming skills. Instructors will teach water safety, personal survival skills, and the importance of the correct swimming form, all while fostering a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment. Adults We also offer lessons for adults who want to learn to swim or improve their existing skills. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your techniques, our structured lessons will provide a welcoming space for adults of all ages to build confidence in the water.

What to expect
Every swimming lesson is designed to help your child grow more confident in the water while having a great time. Here’s how we structure our swimming programs.
Warm-up
Each lesson begins with a brief warm-up to get the kids comfortable in the water and ready to swim. This may include fun exercises like splashing, kicking, or floating.
Lesson focus
The main part of the lesson is dedicated to skill-building, which could include learning or improving strokes, practicing breathing techniques, and focusing on water safety drills. Lessons are tailored to your child”s skill level, whether they are just starting out or advancing to more challenging techniques.
Cool down and recap
At the end of each lesson, the children wind down with gentle movements in the water. Instructors then recap what was covered during the class, reinforcing the day’s key takeaways to
help your child retain what they”ve learned.
