These casual gymnastics classes are suitable for children under 5 years of age to balance, jump and roll through the gymnastics hall. Enjoy free play of the many activities we have available with a gymnastics coach on hand to assist and guide your little ones.
These classes help foster physical strength, balance, and coordination, laying a solid foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle for the young children. They also promote flexibility and improve fine motor skills.
