Walking Football – Ladies
Walking Football is a small sided, no contact, no running, modified version of soccer. It aims to improve physical health and mental well being for those over 50 while socialising and having fun. This class is suitable for females of all abilities and ethnicities. It is played in a safe, fun and social environment.
