Challenge of the Week: Every Minute On the Minute
Are you ready for this week’s #theYathome Challenge?
Complete the below moves as fast as you can starting at the beginning of each minute. How many minutes can you get through completing the three exercises?
- 5 hand release push ups
- 7 sit ups
- 9 squats
Tips:
- Hands off the floor at the bottom of every push up
- Sit tall at the top of the sit up
- Squats with heels down firm and hands on the head
